All of our pre owned stock is currently held at our office furniture warehouse in Gorefield, Wisbech. We can arrange a viewing by appointment, should you wish to see any of our products in person. To ensure you view the products you want at our office furniture warehouse, ahead of the appointment, look through our website of live products and provide the LOF team with the product codes you are considering. This allows our warehouse team to prepare the products ahead of your arrival.
This is the best way to get a feel for how they will fit in with your office space and design. Will your chosen desk be large enough to be practical, or will it dominate the room? Will your employees be comfortable on the seats you have chosen? This is your chance to have a look, sit at the desks, try out the chairs, and make sure you’re completely happy before making a decision. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have. We have over fifty years’ experience and will be happy to make suggestions and recommendations for you based on your budget and requirements.

As we’re a working warehouse, we kindly ask that all visits are arranged by appointment only.
Can I book any day of the week?
We’d recommend booking on Wednesdays where possible, as this gives our team enough time to prepare for your visit.
How long does a visit take?
The visit usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the stock you’re viewing.
Can I see lots of products during my visit?
To help us give you the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you choose 3 to 4 products you’d like to visit and let us know the SKU numbers beforehand. This allows our warehouse team to prepare them properly ahead of your visit, due to most of our stock being flat-packed. If you’re looking at chairs, you’re welcome to take a look at a few others while you’re there, though please note these may not be fully cleaned.
Will the furniture be built? Can I view other products while I’m there?
Chairs and tables will be cleaned and built if you let us know the products you’d like to view ahead. This allows our warehouse team time to build them for you. You can also view other products that are not on the product list during your visit, but please note that they will be flat-packed.
Can I take products away with me on the day?
Yes, of course. You’re welcome to take chairs, desks, and tables away with you on the day, if you bring a suitably sized vehicle and blankets to protect the products, due to the products not coming with any packaging.
