Installing Enclosed Office Pods
To purchase our used pods and booths the LOF operations team need to raise a quotation for delivery. They take into account delivery postcode, order value and the type of pod being purchased. Each one of these products get built in a variety of ways making it a very specialist installation for our in house furniture fitters, so no money is taken out of your account when you checkout. Once you have checked out, our operations team will be in touch with an updated sales order which will include your delivery and installation price.

How much is delivery and installation for an enclosed office pods?
For all our enclosed office pod products, when you checkout online, you will have the option for a Price On Application (POA) for our delivery and installation. This is where our operations team will be in contact with you highlighting the charge for our team of furniture fitters to come out to your premises and install your office booth. No money will be taken when you checkout online, only once you have agreed the final price for the product and delivery and install with our operations team after checking out.
Can I collect the enclosed pods?
We do not offer a collection service for our enclosed pod products. Refurbished LOF products do not come with installation instructions and they are stored at our warehouse dismantled, so we strongly recommend using our team of furniture fitters when purchasing the office booths.
When can I have the office pod delivered?
The LOF operations team work to a 7 – 10 working day delivery schedule, this can be longer during peak seasonal periods. Once you checkout online you will be contacted by our operations coordinator to confirm delivery dates. The team will always do everything to accommodate your delivery requirements, within reason.
Do you offer a warranty on your enclosed pods?

Are the used office booths and pods in good condition?
All of our pods and booths are refurbished to a nearly new condition. If the product code ends in a ‘DS’, that shows there’s a discrepancy in the condition of the product and the price reflects the condition of the product.
