Step 2 : Calculate Your Delivery Fee

LOF delivery pricing is based on the services provided and your location.

The table above shows the pricing delivery and installation pricing brackets for each of the zones. If you are in Zone 7, 8 or 9 you will have the option to ‘Collect’ or ‘Price On Application (POA). This means no money will be taken from your account when you checkout, and our Operations Coordinator will contact you with a quotation for your delivery and installation.

Frequently Asked Questions about our Delivery and Install Service

What do these delivery zones mean?

To simplify our delivery pricing and make it easier for you, we have split the UK into 10 zones, each zone with it’s own pricing models. If you have any questions you can use our webchat live weekdays between 9-5.

Do you offer delivery-only service?

No, we do not offer delivery-only services. We strongly recommend choosing our delivery and installation services provided by our in-house fitters. Our staff are professionally trained to handle the assembly of refurbished office furniture, which does not come with assembly instructions. This ensures that your furniture is set up correctly, efficiently and will therefore qualify for our 12-month parts warranty. If you did not want to pay for our delivery and installation, you are able to organise your own courier to collect from our warehouse as long as you select ‘collection’ on checkout. Shiply is a third party courier service which our customers successfully use.

Do you provide any warranty?

Yes, you will get a 12-month parts warranty on every item if we install the furniture. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, for local pickup, our collection facility is located at Unit 8 Beechwood Farm, Cattle Dyke, Gorefield, Wisbech, PE13 4NR. You are welcome to collect your items from us at an agreed time.

Do you provide any maintenance service?

We regularly post up to date information, trends and care tips in our blog section or sign up to our newsletter for the latest information.

How do I track my order?

After your purchase, you will automatically receive emails confirming your address and contact information, along with the fastest delivery time we can offer. Additionally, we will give you a call one day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm your availability and discuss any potential rescheduling if needed.

Can you deliver the items within the promised time?

Yes, we select the most optimal delivery routes to ensure that your order arrives within the promised timeframe. Our operations team is ISO 14001:2015, the international standard for Environmental Management Systems(EMS), which helps us work towards reducing our environmental impacts. What type of packaging do you use for your products?

The protective packaging materials we use during transportation are blankets, which allow us to reuse them for all our deliveries. This practice helps reduce waste and increase resource efficiency.

Who offers quick turnaround times on second-hand office furniture orders?

At LOF Office Furniture, we offer quick turnaround times on second-hand and refurbished office furniture orders. Our delivery time is primarily based on your delivery zone—the closer you are, the quicker the delivery. If you live near Peterborough, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse and collect your furniture directly.
