What can I expect from a professional office planner?

An office planning consultant will take all aspects of your business into consideration when they make their recommendations for your redesigned space. They’ll not only look at the physical size and shape of your room or building, but they’ll take time to understand how you operate on a daily basis.

How does the process work?

Ideally an office redesign should start with a space planner visiting your premises to take measurements and photographs, from which they can create a 3D representation. If a site visit isn’t possible, you can always supply your own measurements, and many of our customers find this the easiest way to get started.

Once a consultant has an idea of the type of business you have, the number of desks you need to incorporate and any other essentials such as meeting spaces, they can use CAD technology to produce fantastically detailed designs showing your options when it comes to layout, furniture choices and even fabrics and paint colours. You’ll be able to see exactly how the finished result will look, helping you make the right decisions for a great-looking future!

Many office planners work alongside office furniture suppliers and other contractors, so once you’ve agreed on how your new workspace should look, they can simply go ahead and make it happen!
